Ingredients:

• 2 ½ cups whole milk

• ½ cup granulated sugar

• ¼ cup cornstarch

• Pinch of salt

• 2 egg yolks

• 2 tbsp unsalted butter

• 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

• 2 tbsp dark rum

• Optional: whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes for topping

Instructions:
