Hey there, it's Lainie Eilenberger from Key and Slate Real Estate Group, your go-to real estate gal for Lubbock and West Texas. But today, we're taking a break from house hunting to indulge in some down-home cooking. Let's whip up a batch of mouthwatering country-style deviled eggs that'll have y'all coming back for seconds! 🏡🍳

Ingredients:

• 6 large eggs

• 3 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled 🥓

• 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced 🌶️

• 3 tbsp mayonnaise

• 1 tbsp mustard

• 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Paprika, for garnish
  

Directions:

1. Hard Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse eggs under cold water, then peel and slice in half lengthwise.

2. Prepare the Yolk Mixture: Carefully remove yolks from egg halves and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork, then add mayonnaise, mustard, sweet pickle relish, diced jalapeno, and crumbled bacon. Mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into the egg white halves, dividing evenly among them.

4. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle deviled eggs with paprika for a pop of color and flavor. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

5. Enjoy! Serve these delicious deviled eggs as a tasty appetizer or side dish at your next gathering or family dinner. They're sure to be a hit!
